When frequently operating in potentially hazardous environments we have a duty to place health and safety at the centre of all our operations. We set our standards high, and the safety and well-being of all our cleaning operatives, staff members, clients and the general public is at the forefront of all we do.

Prior to contract mobilisation, site specific risk assessments are carried out to highlight training needs and ensure full compliance with our own health and safety policy. To address further issues, COSHH assessments and method statements are completed for each site.

Outside of specific contracts, all staff members have individual access to our online training portal where industry specific training courses can be accessed and completed online, and certificates are awarded for training courses successfully completed. Additional on-going training is also provided through group training sessions and toolbox talks.

Onsite auditing assesses cleaning operations, site health and safety, training requirements and cleaning standards and is carried out by our Compliance Team. Audits are completed on a regular basis and findings are recorded and made available via an online portal.

Quality Assurance

Our Quality Management System adheres to the quality standard ISO 9001:2015 and ensures we continually improve our operations and procedures through:

  • Management Reviews
  • Document and record control and internal audits
  • Corrective and preventive actions
  • Customer Satisfaction/Complaints procedures
  • Quality policy and objectives & review and monitoring of performance
  • Resource Management
  • Purchasing/Approved supplier/finance processes

Objectives are set and monitored on a regular basis using KPI’s and smart targets to ensure all management processes are carried out in accordance with the standard.

Quality Service

We continually strive to deliver a high-quality, value for money service to all our customers. To ensure we meet our own expectations and exceed the expectations of our clients, we regularly monitor and evaluate our performance through onsite Quality Assurance Inspections to determine the quality of the cleaning services being provided and what improvements may need to be introduced or corrected. All remedial actions highlighted during an inspection are completed promptly and free of charge.

Quality Assurance Inspections are designed to evaluate our performance. During an inspection all aspects of our service will be measured, including;

  • Cleaning and hygiene standards
  • Staff health and safety
  • Health and Safety documentation
  • COSHH compliance
  • Staff attendance records
  • Communication books
  • Staff uniforms and ID
  • Condition of cleaning cupboard
  • Safety of machinery and equipment
  • Equipment efficiency
